House Rules
Check-In is from 3.00 pm; if the apartment is available earlier, we will be happy to anticipate the time. However, please contact the property to communicate the expected arrival time. Check-out is done by 11.00; if possible we will be happy to postpone it The structure is required to register its Guests and to send a copy of the registration to the Police Department (data processed in accordance with the obligations of the law;for this purpose all guests will be required to show a valid identity document. For reasons of public safety, guests are not allowed to allow strangers and unregistered people to enter the facility. Children must always be accompanied and supervised by an adult. The common areas are under video surveillance, in compliance with the principles, rules and obligations provided for by the General Provision of 28 April 2010 of the Privacy Guarantor. Guests are kindly requested to vacate the rooms by 12.00, to allow the rooms to be cleaned; after this time, cleaning will not be ensured.
