Completely rebuilt on the ashes of three core buildings, the Residence consists of three structures inside:

•  A photoshooting space with recreated settings ideal for photo shoots, casting, presentations and workshops with the aim of recreating a professional, relaxing and creative context. The structure has all the necessary equipment and can be booked from two consecutive hours through an online calendar. Within the structure we have inserted technological equipment that will control and manage access by means of codes that will follow upon payment of the rate chosen according to your wishes. With this structure we want to give the Ticino and central Swiss users the possibility of a service that is difficult to find in the area with the possibility of being reached in an adequate time even from beyond the Gotthard and made interesting by the services that the same structure offers at the same time.

•  16 apartments of different types and sizes on three levels, from 1P to 3P. The accommodations are furnished and with all the comforts in a sober and refined style, the attention to detail makes the rooms warm and welcoming. All apartments are equipped with TV, free Wi-Fi with access via login to guarantee security, equipped kitchen complete with refrigerator, freezer, traditional oven and cooking area, a condition that makes the premises ideal for both a relaxing weekend, than for a business trip.

• On the first floor of the building, there is an exclusive bistro, in harmony with the structure, which allows all users to savor the delicious breakfasts and which offers a cuisine based on fresh and genuine ingredients, characterized by typical dishes and Mediterranean cuisine.

On the ground floor of the Residence there are 17 parking spaces, 10 of which are internal and 7 external, available to all guests of both the Residence and the Bistrot. To ensure ease of parking in situations of large turnout for events as well as at the weekend, there will be a Vallet service that will guarantee the guest maximum comfort.
